Covenant Occupational Health and Wellness has convenient locations, open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in Saginaw and Bay City.. Outside of these clinic hours, you can also visit our Covenant MedExpress locations or the Emergency Care Center. We work hard to make sure our goals match yours; which are to prevent work injuries and illnesses, reduce workers; compensation costs and increase productivity. The services that we offer include the treatment of employee work injuries and rehabilitation, post-offer screening, medical surveillance, drug and alcohol testing, wellness programs (including health risk appraisals), disability evaluations, immunizations and consulting services.
