Covenant Medical Group (CMG), a part of Covenant HealthCare, consists of more than 200 physicians and advanced practice providers. As the Great Lakes Bay Region's largest integrated provider network, the group stays connected to each other, the health system and their patients. In addition to primary care physicians, CMG specialists include: cardiology, adult and pediatric neurosurgery, neurology, pediatric surgery, orthopaedic surgery, plastic surgery, vascular surgery, oncology, gastroenterology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and pulmonology.

100% of CMG physicians use electronic medical records (EMR) to provide a high level of safety and quality for patients. Through EMR and MyChart, patients are able to connect with physician practices to set up appointments, review health history, see test results, and ask questions from the comfort of their own home.

Being connected to the Covenant HealthCare System, CMG physicians offer more choices for physical medicine and rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging and laboratory testing, with more than 13 conveniently available locations.

In July of 2012, the Covenant Medical Group was incorporated. CMG has committed to the community to make as many of their services available as possible.
