Covenant Kids Fun Packs

Fun Packs for Covenant Kids

By assembling Covenant Kids Fun Packs, you’ll bring a smile to our young patients' faces and their caregivers. These activity-filled packs are used in a variety of areas throughout the hospital to welcome patients and families during their visit.

Assembling Fun Packs

Items for Fun Packs should be placed in a gallon-sized resealable bag. Place a Fun Pack label on the bag or print on paper and insert into the bag. Label files can be printed using the links below.  The label files will work with Avery 5163 shipping labels, if you wish to use sticker style labels.

Ages 0-2 Labels

Ages 2-6 Labels

Ages 7-12 Labels

Ages 13 and Up Labels


Donation Safety

All items must be new with tags or in original packaging.

New or gently used books are accepted.

Handmade blankets must be laundered prior to donating.

Donations can be dropped off at the Harrison Campus entrance or donors can contact Covenant Volunteer Services at 989.583.6048 to set up a donation drop or for questions.

No-Contact Option: If you are looking for another way to support Covenant Kids we accept donations purchased from our Amazon Wish List or monetary donations that allow us to respond to rising needs immediately.
