    Was scheduled for a same day appointment and really felt the doctor was overbooked. That's the longest wait time I've had and felt like doctor's time with me was very rushed. I had another concern and felt like it was brushed off as she was running out to the next patient. Dr. Castillo is a wonderful doctor and has helped me immensely throughout the years. I just feel like maybe they need to stop booking so many patients back to back that way each patient feels like they are being heard.

    I will definitely recommend to other family members and friends that Dr. Castillo has a new Dr with her accepting new patients. I, unfortunately, have had many many medical issues, treatments and surgeries yet, I've never had a Dr listen with concern nor my opinions as she has. Case in point, I recently had a hip replacement. I had two Drs and other medical personnel state it's my lumbar refusing me an xray. I spoke with Dr Castillo, had an xray a half hour later that shown my hip was severely broken.

    Dr. Jane is always looking out for my total well being. Her knowledge of medicine, treatments, and my my substance abuse addiction has been a blessing and primary reason that I am still alive.

    Dr. Castillo is very thorough! She makes sure I understand my labs, gives me time to ask and answer questions, clearly updates family history, informs me of how she is documenting in my chart, etc. She respects my decisions about my healthcare!

    I choose to drive 2 hours to my hometown to see Dr. Castillo because of how much I love having her as my doctor. She always listens, does not hesitate to order testing/treatment. I don't ever feel like I need to justify myself to her. She takes patients for their word and trusts that they know how their body is feeling. I plan on staying her patient for as long as it is feasible for me to do so.

    Since my condition is a viral infection, Dr. Castillo explained antibiotics won't help. When I asked if any of the covid medications would help. She explained that they are specific to just the covid virus.

    Dr Castillo is always very thorough. She listens to concerns, reviews available data, determines what other testing might be helpful and we discuss treatment options and determine a plan together. She is always reading and researching the most up to date information. If I have a question about something not only will she give me an answer but often gives materials to read or directs me where I can find more information on the topic so that I can learn and make informed decisions. She is always available via MyChart and responds quickly. She is very compassionate and an outstanding Doctor and mentor.
