Loyalty Donors
Loyalty donors generously contribute $500-$999 per year and are welcomed to our annual Second Century holiday reception.
Leadership Giving Circles
Recognizing donors who contribute $1000 or more each year. Leadership circle donors are invited to special outreach events, receive exclusive communications and reports, and other opportunities to make an impact.

Heritage Society
The Covenant HealthCare Foundation pays tribute to individuals of insight and forward thinking who, through their estate plans, have taken the lead in fortifying and advancing the commendable efforts of Covenant HealthCare as members of the Heritage Society.
Membership in the Heritage Society is open to any individual or couple who includes a gift to the Covenant HealthCare Foundation in their estate plan in any of the following ways:
- A bequest in your will or estate plan
- Creating a trust or life estate arrangement with the Covenant HealthCare Foundation as a beneficiary
- Naming the Covenant HealthCare Foundation as the beneficiary of life insurance policies or financial accounts
