Covenant Glen is located at 1040 Covenant Lane on the south side of Frankenmuth. Covenant also offers a MedExpress location at 600 N. Main in Frankenmuth.
Tenants will have the option of three spacious floor plans shown below. The facility also includes amenities like a common area, activity center, and salon, all just a short distance away from the private rooms. The staff will provide full housekeeping, transportation, three meals per day, medication management and more.
