Nurse Navigators
The role of the Nurse Navigator is to identify possible barriers to care and work with the patient, patient's family, and clinical care team to provide a team-based care plan. Our team of Nurse Navigators help make the complicated more understandable, the overwhelming more manageable, and the overall health experience patient-centered.

Nurse Navigator
Cindy is a Certified Nurse Navigator and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University. She has been a Registered Nurse at Covenant HealthCare since 2001. She joined the breast navigator team in October 2012. Her nursing background includes inpatient and outpatient oncology, breast center procedure nursing, and home care. She worked on the Resources Team where she was able to gain a broad range of experiences, from rehabilitation to cardiovascular care and orthopedics.
Cindy has three sons and lives in Saginaw Township with her husband. Outside of work she enjoys watching her boys play soccer, reading and traveling with her family.

Breast Nurse Navigator
Melissa Latoski is a registered nurse, certified in oncology through the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS). She received her Bachelor's of Nursing degree from Saginaw Valley State University in 2004. She has worked for Covenant HealthCare since 2005. Prior to becoming a Breast Nurse Navigator Melissa worked on medical/surgical/inpatient oncology units.
Melissa also supports our community outreach projects by helping to coordinate health fairs, survivor events and fundraisers.
Melissa lives with her husband and two daughters in Hemlock and enjoys reading and boating.

Thoracic Nurse Navigator
Ann is an Oncology Nurse Navigator Certified Generalist with a specialty certification in Thoracic Navigation. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from SVSU in 1986. Ann has worked in Oncology since 1993 and was instrumental in implementing Navigation into the Breast Health and Thoracic Oncology Programs at Covenant. She is a champion of the multi-disciplinary care model for patient care. Ann is a past recipient of the Nurse Excellence Award at Covenant HealthCare and has spoken about program development at the national level.
Over the last 34 years at Covenant, Ann has had the great honor to serve many cancer patients and their families. She considers it a both heartwarming and humbling experience which she continues to learn from daily. Through one-on-one work supporting patients’ and finding critical resources, cancer screening and survivorship activities, Navigation continues to fulfill her career aspirations at Covenant Cancer Care Center.
Ann and her husband Ken have lived and raised their family in the Saginaw area and are proud of their community. When not working they enjoy visiting their three children and their families and relaxing in Northern Michigan.

Financial Navigator
Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Saginaw Valley Status University as well as a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Grantham University. She began working for Covenant in February of 2016 and prior to her Financial Navigator role, she was a Financial Counselor at the Harrison and Cooper campuses. As a Financial Navigator she focuses on treating and preventing financial toxicity by guiding patients through our complex healthcare system to help them gain access to care by reducing financial barriers. This includes utilizing co-pay assistance programs, free medications, evaluating insurance plans during open enrollment periods, applying for Medicaid, applying for disability, and out of pocket cost estimation prior to treatment.
Christina has 2 daughters and 1 granddaughter. Outside of work she enjoys bowling, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
Angela Bradley RN, BSN, OCN

GI Nurse Navigator
Angie is a certified oncology nurse. She received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Lansing Community College in 1994 and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University in 2018. She has worked inpatient medical/surgical/oncology for 5 years and outpatient oncology for 20 years. She is currently navigating the gastrointestinal oncology patients at Covenant and serves as the Rectal Cancer Program Coordinator.
Angie lives in Chesaning with her husband Darren. In their spare time they enjoy making music, the outdoors, and spending time with children Tyler and Brianna and grandsons Porter and Wyatt.
