Survivorship Care
Survivorship means different things to different people, but if often describes the process of living with, through and beyond cancer. The staff at the Covenant Cancer Care Center understands the array of emotions associated with surviving cancer. We have numerous resources and experts to guide you as you transition from active treatment to survivorship.
Patients receive a detailed survivorship care plan and treatment summary individualized specifically to their cancer type. The care plan is developed utilizing a multidisciplinary approach following national guidelines.

- Psychosocial support including support group offerings
- Nutrition counseling
- Long-term follow up
- Smoking cessation classes
- Prevention screenings
- Survivorship training and rehabilitation
- Increase strength and energy
- Improve quality of life
- Improve daily function and wellbeing

- Provide lymphedema services
