Covenant's Registered Dietitian Nutritionist works with patients in cancer care, infusion therapy, radiation oncology, diabetes self-management, and cardiovascular health and wellness. From facilitating community classes to meeting with patients one-on-one, she helps people learn to manage their nutritional needs. Ann Hoffman, RDN, CSO, CDCES
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Ann is a Certified Diabetes Educator through the American Association of Diabetes Educators and is board certified as a Specialist in Oncology Nutrition through the Commission on Dietetic Practice.
She oversees the nutrition care for patients in the Cancer Care Infusion Therapy Center and Radiation Oncology Center and teaches many wellness and survivorship classes. She has been with Covenant HealthCare since 1995.
Ann served as 2013-14 president of the Michigan Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and also previously served as its Secretary-Treasurer and Director of Marketing.
Laura Pilarski, RD, CDCES
Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist
Laura is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist through the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists. She has over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, most recently working in diabetes care.
She oversees the nutrition care for patients in the Cancer Care Infusion Therapy Center and Radiation Oncology Center. She recently joined Covenant HealthCare in 2023.
