Alison VanNorman, LMSW, OSW-C
Oncology Social Worker
Alison received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Saginaw Valley State University in 2001, and her Master of Social Work degree from Michigan State University in 2005. She has been with Covenant HealthCare since 1978, and joined the Covenant Cancer Care Team in 2012. She is a member of the Association of Oncology Social Workers. Alison provides direct support services to people living with cancer, and their caregivers - individually, or in a group setting. 

Jody Webb, LMSW
Oncology Social Worker
Jody joined the Covenant Cancer Care Team in 2021 after having worked at the Transitional Care Unit for Covenant Health Care since 2012. Prior to her transition to Covenant Health Care, Jody worked at another local hospital for 12 years in ICU, Cardiology, ER, Surgical and Orthopedic Units. She received her Bachelor of Science from Alma College in 1996 and went on to obtain her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan in December 1999. Jody is passionate about helping support those with a new cancer diagnosis as they journey through this life-changing event. Jody and her husband live in Midland and are the proud parents to their son and goldendoodle. She enjoys weekends at the cottage and golfing with her husband and son.
